Do all things have good endings?

Does all things have a good ending?

Image result for good thingsSome people may say so but I don't think so because I've had a lot happen to me over many years. Some things range from movies to actual life altering events. For example one thing that changed me forever was when I came to Athens Drive, I had no friend what so ever, that was pretty bad and i still have a long way to go till the end. Something that also has a lot more work to be done is "women's rights" this is a major issue today and even back early in the 19th century.

Women in the early 19th century had it very bad that got little to no pay on he places that they worked, and the places that they worked were not clean at all and had little to no space at all. They working conditions were absolutely awful. They were just asking for an accident to happen.

It is remembered as one of the most infamous incidents in American industrial history, as the deaths were largely preventable–most of the victims died as a result of neglected safety features and locked doors within the factory building. The tragedy brought widespread attention to the dangerous sweatshop conditions of factories, and led to the development of a series of laws and regulations that better protected the safety of workers. The shirt waste factory is a great example of how things come to a horrible ending. Because of the lack of planing for things like this many life's were lost

But because of this we learned many valuable lessons, like having emergency action plans and such. This is very important to women rights and workers rights and was a key turning point. Something that I want you the reader to understand is, EVERY END IS A NEW BEGINNING!!!!!!

  1. I like how you emphasized that every end of a chapter in life has a new beginning--"Every end is a new beginning!". I always live by "Everything happens for a reason". You gave a good example with the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire and saying that this tragedy opened the eyes of businesses and the government that they needed better safety for their workers.

In what other areas besides safety can businesses and government improve based on the Triangle Shirtwaist Factory Fire incident?

  2. I thought your blog was very well put together and very informational. I liked how you were able to use a broad theme and focus it on specifically women's rights. I also liked the way you started off with a personal experience and then related it to history. I also liked the pictures and the organization. Overall I thought you did an awesome job.

Question: What do you feel are some outcomes of Women's suffrage?
